Veronica Crystal Young is a corporate leader and executive coach, Author, Producer and Actress who,

specializes in Transforming Trauma through Creativity and Resiliency. Despite an abusive and

challenging past, Veronica has climbed both the corporate and creative ladders of success to be a

recognized corporate leader, international best-selling author and award-winning actress. She leads an

exciting and fast-paced life, filled with artistic and business insight. She believes that creativity lives in all

of us and that it is required to define who we are, and that with every choice we make, we have the

power to create and inspire others. She lives in High Desert and Beach areas of Southern California with her partner whom she shares her love of music, performing, and singing. 

 Dr. Cindy Tsai is a board-certified physician, bestselling author, mindfulness teacher, speaker, and life coach who is committed to helping high-achievers live their best life with ease. She earned BA and MS degrees from Johns Hopkins University and MD degree from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. As a physician and patient, Dr. Tsai saw and experienced the impact of chronic stress on the body and was compelled to do more than prescribe medications as a bandaid. Through her own healing journey, she explored and trained in a wide range of solution-oriented therapeutic modalities and now emphasizes taking an integrative approach to wellness. As author of the bestselling book, "So Much Better: Life-Changing Strategies to Develop Calm, Confidence, and Curiosity to Become an Inspiring Success Story", she introduces a radical path to well-being, through creating the Inspiring Success Story MethodTM. This method offers clients a diverse range of mind-body-spirit techniques to expand the possibilities of achieving their dreams. Dr. Tsai is an award winning physician who has been nationally recognized, featured, and published in a range of media including mindbodygreen, US News, Doximity, KevinMD, Medium, and more. She is grateful to share her expertise and passion to guide as many as possible in the journey of self-discovery to recognize the importance of self-care as a wellness practice to lead and enjoy a life of ease. 

Holli Kenley, MA, LMFT, works in the field of psychology as an author, licensed therapist, and

speaker. She graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of

Arts in French.

Holli’s first passion was teaching. For over twenty-five years, she taught Humanities at both

middle and high school. She was Teacher of the Year at Jefferson Middle School and La Quinta

High School in Desert Sands Unified School District, La Qunita, CA.

Pursuing her second passion, Holli graduated with High Honors from Chapman University with a

Masters of Arts in Psychology - Marriage, Family and Child Counseling. She has worked in a

variety of settings including a women’s shelter and a faith-based counseling center. Currently,

Holli maintains a private practice in Rancho Mirage, CA.

As a 2x best-selling author, owner of Shear Passion Salon and founder of Manifesting Miracles, Natasha has been a multi passionate entrepreneur her entire adult life. Her degrees and certificates range from Sociology and Ayurveda to Reiki and Cosmetology. Her hairstyles have landed in Munaluchi Bridal- which is the largest bridal magazine for women of color. She has written articles for multiple publications such as the LA Tribune and Hudson Weekly. Her memoir won 3 awards in its first year of publication and she has spoken at conferences all over the world. However, her deepest love has been uplifting and empowering others. This includes regularly providing free haircuts for the homeless, which led to her receiving a Certificate of Congressional Recognition. She is also a mentor for young women of color, running workshops designed to help them overcome the unique challenges they face in today's society. Whether through her salon, coaching or mentorship, she is committed to helping people actualize their purpose and step into the next version of themselves.

 Ivan Estrada is an inspirational business leader and highly ranked real estate broker with extensive experience in the real estate and finance industries. He is a top producer in the Los Angeles metro area, with a thriving team in residential and commercial properties. Ivan is part of a selected cohort of leaders for the Stanford University Latino Entrepreneurship Initiative. He is a sought-after public speaker on the topics of branding and marketing, personal development, and real estate by organizations such as Inman, California Association of Realtors, and The Real Deal. He produces a large portfolio of video content, including the popular YouTube series Real Estate Minute. He has been featured on NBC’s Open House, HGTV’s House Hunters, and Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing, as well as in LA Times, Forbes, Hollywood Reporter, and Dwell. He was named among the nation’s top “30 Under 30” in real estate with the National Association of Realtors and is also regularly named in Newsweek’s America’s Best Realtors list. He holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Southern California and is a CPA. Ivan is currently a member of the Advisory Council at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County and was a former president of the Los Angeles LGBTQ Chamber of Commerce. Ivan is a tenor, known as a teen singer on variety shows for Univision and TV Azteca. He is a proud uncle and loves to take his cockapoo dog, Noah, running on the beach. 

 Kyra O’Keeffe, Ph.D., has researched ego—the identity of the separate self—as a mental, emotional, social and cultural activity. Kyra earned her masters degree in Mind, Brain and Education at Harvard University, where she studied ego development through the lenses of neuroscience, cognitive science and developmental psychology. She then earned her Ph.D. in the Learning Sciences at Stanford University, where she researched the social and cultural aspects of ego in the American educational system. She then taught at Stanford University, before leaving to pursue her interest in the ancient philosophy of non-duality, which complements science by including the direct experience of awareness, beyond the limitations of ego. 

Alethea (she/her) is a leadership coach, corporate leader, and empowerment collaborator who is passionate about the impact of individual influence over community and organizational objectives. She brings an extensive career in the financial services sector, serving in Assistant Vice President roles at Bank of America and Pennymac. Alethea is the Inaugural Chair of InspirASIAN, Pennymac’s employee group which advocates for the diverse needs of Asian, Pacific Islander and Desi American team members. She is active in the non-profit space with Toastmasters International, an organization focused on public speaking and leadership development. She has served in key leadership roles in Toastmasters International such as Club Mentor, Club Coach, and President - earning District awards for each role. Alethea is regarded for her heart-centered and people-focused approach to leadership which she will showcase at TEDxMountRubidoux on September 24th, 2022 in Riverside, CA. 

Solomon Wilkins is a corporate executive, speaker and consultant who’s worked with and for some of the world’s biggest brands. His passion and perspective on inclusion and diversity (I&D) has allowed him to help companies realize that ‘Diversity Without Inclusion is an IllusionTM

With over 14 years of speaking and consulting experience, and 16 years of business experience, including being a corporate VP, Solomon helps leaders understand why diversity matters to them. Helping leaders understand their “why” when it comes to inclusion and diversity has been Solomon’s key to helping organizations achieve their I&D goals. Solomon’s end goal is to help organizations develop strategies to successfully recruit, develop and retain diverse talent, while empowering C-Suite and mid-level leaders with the knowledge and skills to create cultures of inclusion and belonging.  

Rene Urbanovich is a leading voice and Creativity instructor in the Los Angeles area, having coached singers from television, film and the Broadway stage. She is a Humanities through the Arts professor, a poet and an award-winning author. Rene has given workshops and spoken at venues such as SAG/AFTRA, Art Center College of Design, Osborne Head and Neck at Pepperdine, and many more. After a vocal injury left her voiceless, she went on to heal and earn a degree in Creativity, in search for the answers that would not only solve her personal dilemma but feed into the collective’s search for meaning.
